These pork crackling remind me of the ones sold in English pubs, and are just as moorish. Keep up the good food.

Eating carb free can sometimes lead to few pleasures in life. As a lover of pork belly and specifically a good fatty crackle, this have faced many disappointments when purchasing ready made crackle. I almost lost my life due to choking on dry tasteless crackle recently. I researched. Saw the pics of Pascals and prayed.

Tried a few different types over the years and this one is my favourite by far. Its not just the puffs, it has an almost wet pork texture and flavour. Its expensive but huge hit in our home.

The freshest pork crackle you can buy hands down, 3 simple ingredients and the results speak for themselves. Hard to describe to others how good this is until they try it firsthand. A warning however, you will be tempted to over indulge, just accept it and injoy.
