Pascal's Pork Scratchings are lightly golden, crunchy pork crackle, with a little bit of fat, that has been deep fried to perfection, rivalling even the best crackle from a home cooked pork roast.

Taste is good. Unfortunately, One side has thick unrendered fat which gives a poor mouth feel and seems cold and tackey. Dont think i would purchase again as the main reason was to make carnivore crumbs for schnitzel. Blending would make a paste not dry crumb. Disappointed.
